# TLS

서버와 클라이언트 사이에 오가는 모든 HTTP 메시지를 암호화한다.\
공격자가 중간에서 메시지를 탈취하더라도 이를 해석하는 것은 어려우며, 결과적으로 HTTP 통신이 도청과 변조로부터 보호된다.

TLS의 기반이 되는 공개 키 암호 시스템(Public Key Crypto Standard, PKCS) 및 대칭 키 암호(Symmetric Key Cryptography)를 알아야 한다.
